Candy Canes and Cookies: Holiday Treats in the Classroom

Today I am linking up with Focused on Fifth to bring you lots of holiday treat ideas. This is day two of the Unwrapping Holiday Classroom Ideas event.

Since I am blogging about my favorite candy train activity today at Focused on Fifth, I decided to round up a few fun holiday crafts with food for here on The Research Based Classroom.

Click on the pictures below to go to the original sources.

These snowmen grahams would make a great party treat that you could do in a center.

I love these snowman s'mores. Students could make them at your holiday party and take them home to heat over the fireplace.

These easy Santa cupcakes would make a great treat for your party.

This party treat cup may need to be altered a little to match your party budget. These were done with a pre-made kit from Wilton. But I think you could make it with frosting and let the students do it themselves. They will have more of a kid look, but I always like that better anyway. This page also has a cute rice crispy reindeer pop.

I love this healthy treat Grinch. So easy to make.
